Plastic granulator equipment is a plastic molding machinery composed of extrusion system, transmission system, and heating and cooling system, mainly used in the field of plastic particle processing. The main unit adopts an extruder structure, and the machine head is divided into two types: oblique angle and right angle according to the direction of the material flow. The thickness uniformity of the extruded layer is adjusted through the mold core, pressure equalization ring, and mold sleeve. The equipment includes auxiliary devices such as pay off, straightening, and preheating. The straightening device solves the eccentricity problem caused by wire core bending through structures such as drum and pulley. The control system integrates heating, cooling, and process parameter measurement modules, and coordinates the operation of the main and auxiliary machines through electrical instruments to achieve dynamic control of temperature, pressure, and traction speed. The temperature control strategy includes PID control, segmented heating and cooling, and intelligent temperature control system. The core components are made of high-strength 38CrMoAlA screws and quenched 45 # steel barrels, combined with external heating coils and bottom cooling fans to improve plasticization efficiency. The machine head is equipped with a parallel 15 hole discharge structure and a heating ring to ensure discharge stability. The cutting system processes the cooled strip into granular products through rolling blades.
